A guided four-week intensive for overwhelmed women solopreneurs using Gmail who are ready to install a simple, repeatable email system — and actually keep it running.

Inbox Zen Intensive

From Inbox Overwhelm to Inbox Calm. In Four Weeks.

You feel it every time you open your inbox.

  • That spike of stress before you’ve even read a single subject line.
  • The quiet fear that you’ve missed something important — a client message, a deadline, an opportunity you’ll only discover when it’s too late.
  • The guilt of unanswered emails sitting there, silently piling up.
  • The constant low-level background noise in your head that whispers: you’re behind. You should be on top of this. Why can’t you just sort this out?

And even when you clear a few, it comes back.

Because the problem isn’t the number of emails.

It’s that you’ve never had a simple decision system for what to do with each one.

It's not just "too many emails."

You open Gmail and immediately feel your shoulders tense up

You have thousands of unread emails —
and the number makes you want to close the app entirely

Important emails get buried under newsletters, promotions, and noise

You’ve tried folders, labels, rules, filters — and nothing stuck

You downloaded an email productivity guide once. It’s still sitting unread somewhere

Let me know if this sounds familiar...

You just never had a system that was built for your real life.

You're not disorganised. You’re not lazy. You’re not bad at technology.

Email management is not just a setup.
It’s a skill.

And like any skill, it needs structure, practice, and repetition before it becomes second nature.

That’s why YouTube tutorials don’t stick.
That’s why the productivity book you bought five years ago didn’t change anything.
That’s why inbox zero lasted three days.
You didn’t fail. The approach did.
You don’t need more information.
You need installation and practice.

I’m Yulia — a mum of three, living in a foreign country, running two businesses.

Even when I was working as an IT professional, I wasn’t naturally digitally organised.
And I missed an important email once — one that cost my family a real opportunity.

That was my turning point.

What I learned is this: no amount of tips, tricks, or inbox cleanups will fix the problem.
What works is a simple system, installed properly, and practised until it becomes automatic.
That’s what I built. And that’s what I now help other women solopreneurs build for themselves.

I’m the founder of Digital Declutter Café. I help busy solopreneurs move from digital chaos
to digital calm — with simple systems, small steps, and kind guidance.

No jargon. No shame. No 100-label corporate setups.
Just a system that works for your real life.

I know how this feels. Personally.

We start with your real inbox, right now, as it is. No judgement.
Together, we review your current situation and do a focused audit. Then we use a structured Clean Slate process to safely clear your inbox — without deleting your history.
We install your core decision framework and configure Gmail so it supports your new flow.
You start using the system immediately, during the session.

Phase 1
 Reset & Foundations
(90 minutes)

How it works

A few days in, questions come up. Edge cases appear. That’s normal.
We meet again to refine your technical settings, clarify those tricky emails, and adjust the system so it truly fits your daily workflow.
This is where the system becomes yours — not a template, but a tailored fit.

Phase 2
System tune-up
( 45 minutes )

This is the part most programmes skip. And it’s the part that makes everything stick.
We open your inbox together. You don’t watch — you practise.
We triage real emails, live. You make the decisions. I guide you through any grey areas. We reinforce the framework until it feels fast, natural, and automatic.

Phase 3
Guided practice
( 2 x 30 minutes )

One month after your Intensive, we reconnect.
We review how the system feels in real life, make any final refinements, and make sure you feel fully confident managing your inbox on your own.
This session is your safety net. It’s also where most clients realise: it’s already working. They’re already doing it.

Phase 4
Confidence review
( 45 minutes )

4 live one-on-one sessions across 4 weeks ( via Google Meet )

1 integration & confidence review session one month after

A personalised email processing map for your workflow

Printed reference materials mailed to your door

Ongoing support throughout the programme

Optional WhatsApp accountability check-ins

This is not a one-time cleanup. This is a new email processing skill — installed, practised, and supported until it’s second nature.

Before Inbox Zen

Two weeks in, it feels easier.
One month in, it feels automatic.
That’s how new habits are built. That’s the Inbox Zen state.

Rosenda upton

When I used to open my inbox I was overwhelmed. Now after a few sessions with Yulia I open my inbox to a calm and organised space. I have very clear systems in place and I know where to put my emails and how to find them too. Decluttering my inbox has been so good for my nervous system! I didn't realise just how much those 1000s of emails impacted me, until now. Yulia is friendly, patient and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend her services if you want to bring some more calm into your daily life

After a few sessions with Yulia I open my inbox to a calm and organised space.

Before consultation with Yulia, I had over 20,000 messages in my inbox! I always had a feeling of panic that I had forgotten to respond to a client, or about a job request. Yulia helped me to transform not only my inbox, but to streamline my processes and integrate all the other tools I use into efficient system.. She listens to what your needs are, and goes above and beyond to give you practical tips and advice that really works. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Frequently asked questions

You can. And you probably already have. Tutorials give you information. This programme gives you installation, personalisation, live practice, and accountability. That's the difference between knowing what to do and actually doing it — consistently.

Can't I just watch YouTube tutorials for free?

No. A cleanup gives you a tidy inbox for a week. This gives you a skill that keeps it that way permanently. The difference is practice — we don’t just set things up, we train the habit together, live, until it’s second nature.

Is this just an inbox cleanup?

That's exactly what Phase 4 is for. One month after your Intensive, we reconnect to review, refine, and make sure the system is holding. By then, most clients are surprised how natural it already feels. And if you ever want ongoing support, there are options for that too.

What if I fall behind again after the programme?

Three reasons. First, the system I teach is the simplest setup possible. I've tried and tested many approaches and distilled the most straightforward version for you — nothing complicated, nothing unnecessary.

Second, we don't just set things up. You learn a new way to process your emails moving forward — a simple decision framework that works for every email that lands in your inbox.

And most importantly, we practise the skill together — live — until it becomes your second nature. Your normal, regular habit. That's the piece so many systems are missing. They teach you what to do but never help you actually do it until it sticks.

I’ve tried to get on top of my email before and it didn’t stick. Why would this be different?

All sessions are live and one-on-one, via Google Meet. We work on your real inbox, in real time. You're not watching a presentation — you're learning and doing the work with me right there guiding you.

How are the sessions run?

Good. That's exactly who this is for. I've worked with clients who had 50,000+ emails. There's no judgement here — just a clear process. By the end of the first session, your inbox will be clear and you'll have a system in place. It doesn't matter where you're starting from.

What if my inbox is really, really bad?
